LHC Advisors is a boutique cybersecurity consulting organization that takes a pragmatic approach to help our clients ensure that their strategies are right-sized to reasonably protect their digital assets. We take pride in our strong client focus, our agility, and the longstanding relationships we build with our clients, our partners, and each other. We have worked with hundreds of clients over the past two decades in all industry verticals, from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. Cybersecurity does not take place in a vacuum. Steve Levinson

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Steve's two decades in the cybersecurity consulting arena include extensive experience working with hundreds of clients of various industries and sizes to help them better protect whatever data, systems, and applications are meaningful to them, their customers, and their partners. His vision of building karma, integrity, and serendipity into the foundation of consultancies he has managed has proven to be a recipe for success in building longstanding and meaningful relationships.

Prior to founding LHC Advisors, he created, grew, and led a cybersecurity consulting team for 13 years at Online Business Systems (acquired by CGI in December 2025) consisting of 70 seasoned consultants from the US, Canada, Europe, and Africa. Prior to joining OBS, he provided consulting leadership for the security consulting practices at Verisign and AT&T Consulting.

His experience includes serving as virtual CISO, performing hundreds of risk and PCI assessments, and providing strategic security advisory services. In addition to his consulting experience, he has over thirty years of IT experience in various industry verticals and has obtained and maintained various security certifications (CISSP, CISA, and QSA). Steve holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech as well as an MBA from Emory Business School.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Rob Harvey is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of the LH Consulting Group, where he leads operational strategy, service delivery, and organizational execution across the LHC family of companies. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of LHC Advisors, the group's primary cybersecurity, risk, and compliance advisory practice, where his focus is on building and scaling a pragmatic, risk-based consulting organization aligned to client business outcomes.

Rob plays a central role in building and scaling a pragmatic, risk-based consulting organization focused on aligning cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and business objectives to support client growth and resilience. He is responsible for operational execution, service delivery excellence, and the continued expansion of LHC Advisors' advisory capabilities across governance, risk, compliance, and technical security services.

With more than 30 years of experience in information technology and over 20 years dedicated to cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, Rob has been involved in the Payment Card Industry since the early development of payment security standards. He began working with payment security initiatives during the VISA Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) prior to the release of PCI DSS v1 in 2004 and was part of the original wave of Qualified Security Assessors. Throughout his career, he has led hundreds of security and compliance engagements supporting startups, mid-market organizations, and Fortune 500 enterprises across North America and globally.

Rob holds CISSP, ISO 27001, and QSA certifications and is known for bridging executive leadership and technical teams to deliver practical, scalable, and business-aligned security programs.

Adam Gaydosh

Adam Gaydosh

Vice President

Adam Gaydosh serves as Vice President of LHC Advisors, the LH Consulting Group's cybersecurity consulting practice encompassing Assessment Services, Advisory Services, and Offensive Security Services, with a focus on delivering practical, business-aligned security programs that reduce risk and accelerate compliance for clients across the globe.

Adam plays a central role in building and scaling LHC Advisors' assessment and advisory capabilities, aligning cybersecurity and regulatory compliance programs to client business outcomes. He is responsible for client delivery excellence across all major frameworks, with focus on PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, FedRAMP and CMMC, supporting organizations across all major sectors.

With more than 25 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, Adam has been a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) since 2008 and is also certified as a PCI 3DS Assessor. He has served as an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council Global Executive Assessor Roundtable and co-authored Amazon Web Services' published whitepaper on PCI DSS compliance in cloud environments. Prior to joining LHC Advisors, he served as Director of PCI Services at Online Business Systems and Director of Consulting Services at Anitian, where he built and led high-performance teams delivering compliance, penetration testing, vCISO, and incident response services globally. In total, Adam has personally led or overseen more than 450 security assessments and audits.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science with a minor in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as industry certifications including CISSP, CISA, and QSA.
